Lisby
Mette
Lisby has been the leading female comedian in her native Denmark
for more than a decade.
She
was host and head writer on the Danish version of “Have
I Got News For You”, hosted the Danish “Room 101”,
toured Denmark with a 110 minutes solo show, which was also released
on bestselling dvd. She first reached TV mega stardom in Denmark
hosting the chat-show “Walk the Line”. She successfully
managed to transform her sharp, intelligent tone that made her
the leading female stand up, to a broad TV audience that voted
her “Favourite TV Personality” for years in a row.
She was nominated for a “Robert” (Danish equivalent
of BAFTA) for “Best Actress in a Leading Role” for
her part in "The Two Penny Dance"
Mette
now lives permanently in London where she has been gigging for
the past year and a half. She did The Edinburgh Fringe in 2006,
was invited to “Amsterdam International Comedy Festival”
and has lately participated in “The World Stands Up”

Kristjansson
Icelander
Snorri Kristjansson was born a while ago. He's been at various
times a journalist, web designer, computer programmer, caretaker
for ill people, teacher, cement packer, longshoreman, musician,
writer, actor and, most recently, a comedian. He is fresh off
a well-received Edinburgh Fringe run with his first full-length
show "Dog Day King", the first comedy show ever to combine
puffins, Icelandic revolutionary history and Jude Law. Well -
the first one in recent history, at any rate.
Henrik
Elmer
Unlike most people,Swede Henrik Elmer was born on 5 Nov 1966.In
1996 he took his first steps on the Swedish stand-up comedy scene.
Three years later he made a successful appearance on the TV show
"Släng dig i brunnen" (Throw yourself in the well),
A tabloid declared him "Babe of the week" (In Swenglish,
a babe can be of any gender).
Since then he has performed all over Britain, as well as in Ireland,
Belgium, Holland, Germany and Kosovo. He has also performed in
Finland, Norway and Denmark, but he doesn't really count these
countries as abroad. (But don't tell his fellow Scandinavians
this... They might take it the wrong way)
Daniel
Simonsen
Norwegian
Daniel Simonsen was born in Bergen and has performed in Norway
and Paris.
He moved to London to do stand up a year ago, on the advice of
Stewart Lee.
He
has survived countless 'Gong Shows', is a regular on the London
Comedy Circuit and was the winner of Channel 4's 'So You Think
You're Funny, 2008'

Ismo
Leikola first performed stand-up in his native Finland in 2002.
He was named the country's best newcomer in 2003 and appeared
in the TV series Act!One the following year. For three years running
, he was voted best comedian of the Finnish festival Tomaatteja!Tomaatteja!
And yes that does mean Tomato, Tomato
In
2006, he performed his first gigs in English and made his Edinburgh
debut the following year with his show Rogue State Finland.
In
2008, he was a finalist in the Laughing Horse Competition.
